As we all know, 2020 has been quite a year... though I am temporarily closed again due to Covid-19, I have to say this has been an amazing year for me.
Having extra time at home allowed me the opportunity to attend remotely two additional PRI courses (Cranial and FLM), as well as participate in the 9 week PRI Webinar: Breathing in Covid Times. This has helped me professionally, as I connected and expanded on a lot of prior course information to help my clients even more. I am so grateful to the Postural Restoration Institute for continuing to produce these high level courses that advance my understanding of Rehabilitation and Human Sciences.
This year I have also had the wonderful opportunity to collaborate with Derya Anderson DPT, CYT of Essential Physical Therapy, a fellow Physical Therapist and PRI enthusiast. Though I am sad to say she is moving out of town at the end of the year, I know we will continue to collaborate via ZOOM ... now that I have mastered that technology! I wish her continued success in Durango!
As 2020 ends, my hope is that everyone stays well, is able to give kindness to one another, and remembers to breathe deeply looking for the bright side as we head into 2021.
